is a family physician with a long-standing focus on preventative health, metabolic medicine, and longevity. He completed his medical training at Stellenbosch University and has practised as both a family physician and emergency room physician in South Africa, Ireland, and Canada.
Years working in emergency medicine exposed him to the downstream consequences of preventable disease, reinforcing the importance of identifying risk and dysfunction decades before symptoms develop.
Guided by this experience, Dr. Jurgens takes a proactive and holistic approach to care, emphasizing early testing, lifestyle optimization, and targeted interventions to support long-term health and resilience.
He completed a fellowship in functional, metabolic, and longevity medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2022 and holds a transport medicine qualification through STARS (2012). He is married with three sons and, outside of medicine, enjoys fly fishing and making good coffee.

Dr. du Preez, is a family physician with over a decade of experience in primary care.
He completed his medical training at the University of the Free State in South Africa and spent several years practicing and leading a community family practice in Robertson before moving to Canada.
He is now licensed in Alberta and provides comprehensive family medicine, caring for patients across all ages and stages of life, from acute concerns to long-term chronic conditions.
As a husband and father, he values family-centred medicine and aims to provide steady and thoughtful evidence-based medicine.
